The source for the guide is hosted on Bitbucket. You can get a copy with:
$ hg clone https://bitbucket.org/aragost/kick-start/
Run scons to build everything. This only works on Linux — see the README file for information about what you need to install.
The guide is licensed under the GNU GPL. You are free to modify it and you can distribute your modifications as long as you distribute the source with them. See the license text for the full details.
